In an industry that is often associated with the image of “hot workshops – heavy work – many people leaving”, DEKSO chose a different way of organizing. From the very beginning, the company determined: to have good products – first of all, it must have a team that is respected and works in a long-term oriented environment.

People are the center of production

At DEKSO, workers are not simply employees. They are considered teammates, family members, and indispensable links in the journey to build a decent industrial enterprise.

Not only does DEKSO have a clear salary and bonus policy, it also builds an internal vocational training mechanism, assigns multiple tasks, and supports living conditions for workers working far from home. Each person is instructed on how to use machinery, inspect products, and work safely – helping them not only work but also grow in their profession.

Together through the difficult early days

Established in early 2025, DEKSO went through extremely challenging first months: limited staff, urgent orders, everyone had to do many things at the same time. But during that period, the team of workers - technicians - managers worked side by side, working day and night to maintain progress and maintain reputation with customers.

Many people who used to be old workers in the industry now choose to stick with DEKSO because “here there is a clear direction, everything is responsible”, as shared by a production team leader. Many brothers also consider DEKSO as a place to rebuild stability after years of instability with unorganized and non-transparent workshops.

Building a factory culture is building quality.

Not too flashy, no big slogans - but in every corner of the workshop, the rules board, the time book or the weekend meeting, the spirit of doing good work is clearly shown: measuring correctly, cutting precisely, packing firmly and delivering on time.

It is thanks to the seriousness of these small things that DEKSO products not only meet technical standards, but also maintain stable quality among hundreds of rotating orders. That cannot come from machines – it comes from people who are wholeheartedly devoted to their work every day.
