DEKSO accelerates production in May, ensuring progress of mass orders in the Northern provinces

Entering the second quarter of 2025, the factory of DEKSO Production and Trading Service Joint Stock Company operates at maximum capacity to meet a large number of orders from many provinces and cities. With key products such as acacia wood pallets, pine wood pallets, wooden crates, industrial wooden boxes on demand, DEKSO is gradually affirming its position as a reliable partner in the field of providing materials for industrial packaging and transportation.

Regular delivery from 5:30 am, never miss any commitment to customers

Since the beginning of May, the atmosphere at the DEKSO factory has been in a state of urgency. Trucks have been coming and going continuously, goods have been inspected, loaded and transported to the provinces of Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Ha Nam, Thai Binh, Bac Giang, and many industrial parks near the Hung Yen area.

Deliveries usually start at 5:30 am, with full documentation, certificates, and product images before leaving the factory. Whether it is a large order for an export factory or a custom-made order, DEKSO ensures delivery of the correct model, on schedule, and with the agreed quality.

“We don’t wait for customers to rush us. We have to go on the right day and at the right time. This is DEKSO’s mandatory operating principle, even when orders are urgent or we encounter difficulties with weather, human resources or vehicles,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang – CEO of DEKSO.

Planned production, process operation, optimizing both quality and cost

The difference at DEKSO lies not only in product quality, but also in the professional organization of operations right from the beginning. Each order is broken down in detail from input materials, auxiliary supplies, personnel plans, completion progress and related costs. The production department coordinates with the warehouse, accounting, transportation and quality control before any shipment is shipped.

Thanks to a clear operating model, DEKSO is not passive in production, does not have to backlog work, does not have inventory or put pressure on last-minute orders. In particular, workers at DEKSO are trained to multitask: from measuring, cutting, planing, packing, painting to checking goods and supporting loading and unloading.

“We not only make wood, we also make processes. Because only when the process is certain, everyone can work with peace of mind, and customers can receive products on time and at the right value,” a member of the board of supervisors shared.

Vision for Q2/2025: Increase capacity, expand scale, maintain quality commitment

In the near future, DEKSO plans to expand its second workshop, add more technical staff, and invest in additional production support equipment to increase efficiency and stability. At the same time, the company will continue to improve its brand identity, capacity profile, and communication platforms to serve the goal of market development and reaching corporate customers in the Northern region.
